Senior IT Solutions Consultant (MSP Specialist)

Our client is a leading provider of IT consulting and managed services that helps businesses optimize their technology infrastructure. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior IT Solutions Consultant to advise and support Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in improving their IT operations, security, and automation.
This is a fully remote, high-impact consulting role where you will provide strategic technology guidance to MSPs, helping them streamline services, implement automation, and enhance security protocols.

 Key Responsibilities:
Consult MSP clients on IT strategy, platform automation, cybersecurity, monitoring, and cloud services.
Assess MSP infrastructure and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Lead strategic technology initiatives such as system upgrades, security enhancements, and automation rollouts.
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative MSP solutions.
Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize IT service delivery.
Document IT strategies, best practices, and workflows in the company’s PSA system.

 What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, managed services, or cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with MSP tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, or similar).
- Knowledge of IT security, infrastructure, cloud computing, and automation.
- Strong communication and consulting skills to advise clients effectively.
- Experience working as a vCIO or IT strategist within an MSP (preferred).
