Job Description

Customer Experience:
•    Build lasting relationships with customers through authentic interactions.
•    Work with the sales team to ensure excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
•    Greet customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
•    Assist customers with fitting room selections, provide knowledgeable product insights, and offer style recommendations.
Sales & Business Contribution:
•    Achieve individual and team sales goals in a commission-based retail environment.
•    Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to serve as an expert for customers.
•    Support the team in executing special projects while maintaining a customer-first approach.
•    Communicate inventory needs and product insights to management.
Store Operations & Merchandising:
•    Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and well-organized each evening.
•    Assist in inventory management and restocking efforts.
•    Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, including floors, fitting rooms, and restrooms.
•    Follow proper cash handling procedures, including deposits and petty cash management.
•    Support the execution of visual merchandising directives.
•    Keep the sales floor neat and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
•    Identify and report product concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
•    Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
•    Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
•    Strong ability to develop relationships with customers and team members.
•    Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
•    Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour plus team-based commissions.
