We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition and expand our partner network. If you have B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to earn well, this role is for you!

Job Description

What You Will Do:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (HR directors, business owners, hiring managers).
Present Prospera Talent Agency's services, identify client needs, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Close contracts for staffing and recruitment services (working with both warm and cold leads).
Develop long-term client relationships and expand their accounts.
Maintain an organized CRM database with client interactions and deals.

 -What We Expect from You:
 -At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher); Russian or Italian is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working with cold calls and leading client negotiations.
