Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Manage and grow B2B and B2C client relationships (corporate, travel agencies, events, etc.)
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine positioning
Oversee content creation, promotional materials, and social media presence
Coordinate with reservations, F&B, and event departments to align sales efforts
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize ROI on campaigns
Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and sales calls
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Proven track record in driving sales, increasing bookings, or event revenue
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and online booking channels
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Preferred Skills
Experience with property management systems (PMS), booking engines, and OTA platforms
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Leadership experience managing small teams or external agencies
Creative mindset with attention to branding and guest experience
