Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D, operations, agencies, and finance) to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
Analyze and interpret market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to monitor brand performance and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute initiatives to build brand loyalty, increase trial and repeat purchases, and expand market share.
Create and manage project creative briefs and oversee brand messaging across social media platforms to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Leverage consumer and industry insights to develop impactful consumer communication, brand programming, and new product concepts.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with annual business plan goals and delivering on profitability targets.
Engage with customers to influence programming, planning, and merchandising strategies during the business planning process.
Identify and implement meaningful and impactful programs to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
Continuously evaluate marketing efforts to refine and optimize strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Your Expertise
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics software.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and messaging consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
