Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
Identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination.
Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management processes.
Knowledge of Florida construction or business regulations (preferred for construction-related roles).
PMP certification or working towards certification is a plus.
